Artwork Theft
I have had many issues over the years with people stealing my artwork and using it without permission. Some companies have even stolen it to use on products that they produced and sold both online and in physical stores (it started back in 2009). The images below are the ones that get stolen the most. If you happen to see any of these or my other art being sold on products on Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or anywhere else, I would appreciate it if you could send me an email with a link. I scour the web throughout the year especially around the months of Halloween (August - November) to try to find culprits, but it is almost like a second job.
I am now represented by a licensing agent, Suzan Lind, and if companies want to product products with my Halloween artwork, we can do it amicably and in a manner where we both benefit and there won’t be any legal issues in the future. All of my artwork is registered with the US Copyright Office after I create it.
